Artisan Sourdough

I’m a one-woman micro-bakery coaxing yesterday’s starter into today’s masterpieces. No commercial yeast, no shortcuts, just high protein organic flour, filtered water, sea salt, and time. Every loaf is shaped by hand, fermented long and slow for that open, honeycombed crumb that pulls apart with a whisper and a crust that shatters like glass.Pre-order by 6 p.m. Thursday via Hotplate for porch pickup Saturday. First-timers get a dozen eggs for free.Your meals deserve this kind of love!

farm fresh eggs

These eggs are sunshine-in-a-shell! Laid just yesterday by my flock of 30 happy hens scratching and sunbathing in their spacious run out back. The girls strut around like they own the place, pecking bugs, persimmons, leafy greens, and organic layer mash, with zero cages, zero stress, and daily doses of apple-cider vinegar in their water to keep feathers glossy and immune systems bulletproof. You can see and taste the difference -- Deep golden yolks that stand tall in the pan, rich enough to make your breakfasts legendary!

Meishan pigs

These aren't your factory-farmed bruisers. Meishans are a heritage royalty and the queens of fertility, dropping litters of 12 to 20 chunky babies twice a year with zero fuss and with a gentle temperament that lets kids bottle-feed 'em without a squeal. They are the ultimate homestead hog that'll turn your farm into a self-sustaining pork paradise. Raised on organic feed without hormones or antibiotics, they're destined for premium juicy, Wagyu-esque marbled meat that'll make your meals sing. We call it the other red meat!We will have a fresh litter of 8-week-old piglets ready in Spring 2026. Swing by the fence line this weekend, or get in touch to reserve yours before they're all snapped up by folks who know a good pig when it oinks!
